Upgrade Storage'Add item(s) by identifier' function not working
Hi,
The add by identifier function does not seem to be working in Zotero. I have attempted to add the following ISBN: 978-1-85433-498-5, but I receive the following error message "Zotero could not find a record for the specified identifier. Please verify the identifier and try again". I have looked at previous forum entries that have discussed this issue and have followed the advice on these but the problem still occurs. The Debug ID is D933129221.

Your ISBN is in none of these (presumably because it's a free, online-only publication).
So the error message that it "could not find a record" is accurate.
