Hello.
I am having a problem with zotero. It says: zotero experienced an error updating your document. the range cannot be deleted. Code: ''0'' function .....etc.

I don't know how to deal with this. I tried to duplicate the word file but I still get the same message.

    Start by updating Zotero to the latest version — you're on 4.0.25.2, which is outdated. Then restart Word and try again. If you're still having trouble after that, provide another Report ID.

    I don't seem to be able to update zotero.

    You'd have to explain what you mean by that, but if updating from within the program isn't working for some reason, you can always update by reinstalling from the download page.

    OK, then start with Debugging Broken Documents.
