Upgrade StorageError: You must place the cursor in a Zotero citation to edit it
I have just started to encounter this error. It occurs in a very long existing document, but not in a brand new document. I cannot eliminate the problem by copying the text from the old document into a blank document, however.
I can see from other forum posts that several people have encountered this in the past, but cannot see clearly what the recommended fix is. In the report errors list I see the following:
[JavaScript Error: "You must place the cursor in a Zotero citation to edit it."]
version => 4.0.26.4, platform => Win32, oscpu => Windows NT 6.1; WOW64, locale => en-US, appName => Zotero, appVersion => 4.0.26.4, extensions => RTF/ODF Scan for Zotero (1.0.22, extension), Zotero LibreOffice Integration (3.5.9.SA.4.0.26.4, extension), Zotero Word for Windows Integration (3.1.18.SA.4.0.26.4, extension)
I am using Word 2007 under Windows 7 Professional.
Please advise on remedial action.
