word crashes when inserting citation

Hello,

I'm using zotero standalone and a word 2007 in a Windows XP and my word crashes every time that I try to insert a citation. And, a friend of mine is having the same problem in a Windows 7.

Can you help me? I tried to reinstall zotero many times and her computer just came back from revision and they reinstaled the word and still have the same problem.

    I'm still having the same problem:

    Every time that I try to insert a citation (even in a new document) word crashes without giving any tipe of message. I already tried to reinstall word and zotero.

    I use Zotero Standalone 4.0.28 and Word 2007 (12.0.6331.5000) on Windows 7 Professional (Service Pack 1)

    The error ID is 1908552675.
