Date, publisher etc present in Zotero, missing in bibliography in Word

Zotero item includes place, date and other info on publication but does not insert this information in the word document bibliography in any of the styles tried (MLAs, and a customised style). Also, zotero refreshes some of the edited citations but not all. Have not noticed any regularity in refreshing.

    How about in a new document? Are those items complete when you cite them there?
