Cant use some styles in Word2013/Win8.1

Everytime I change the style from for example 'Chicago Manual of Stlye 16th edition(fullnote)' to 'nature'or'IEEE'or many other stlyes, I will get a error warning, it is just like below:
code: "0" function: "zoteroWinWordDocument::Convert" location: "zoteroWinWordDocument.cpp""]

and because of that, the footnote or endnote would remain vacant when I choose those kind of style, Please help me.

In Document Settings -- do you have Chicago Style set to Footnotes or Endnotes? Try Footnotes and see if it makes a difference.
In the same place -- Bookmarks or Fields? (Fields should work better).

I tried to have Chicago Style set to footnotes just now, and after that I choose the style of IEEE, then again the note at the foot of page vanished, I cant figure out what is wrong.

Always with the error message:
code: "0" function: "zoteroWinWordDocument::Convert" location: "zoteroWinWordDocument.cpp"' when calling method: [zoteroWinWordIntegrationErrorHandler::throwError]"

Could you try this in a fresh document, just for testing? If it works there, see
