Error message (OSStatus error -1728.)

I'm totally not figuring this one out.

I'm using Word for Mac 2011, the most recent firefox (just to be safe) and the Stand Alone. When I refresh my document in Zotero I'm getting an error 1728 and the last few pages of my (short-ish) document disappears.

Anyone have a fix or insight?

    I'd try this:

    And this is 1728, not 1708, yes?

    It is a 1728, yes.

    I'm going through this list of possible fixes and will post here if I figure it out.

    Right now, it appears I've a problematic cite.
