Zotero not working at all

I am unable to save references to Zotero from webpages as before so have to manual enter them which is a massive pain as I'm in the middle of my PhD lit review.

I have reinstalled zotero etc. There are no updates available. The zotero standalone has the following error 113149739.

The zotero connector on Chrome has the following error 1983828184.

    When you say "unable to save" -- does that mean you don't get a URL bar icon anywhere, e.g. not here

    Or do you get an error when you're trying to save?

    I am also unable to save references to Zotero from webpages. Zotero reinstalled yesterday. Although there is a Z within a circle by the address bar, I am unable to click on it.

    I do not get a URL bar icon although there is a Z where the icon should be
