Unable to dowload a pdf Journal Article with metadata
Hello everyone,
I am using Firefox (36.0.4) and I recently installed Zotero (version 4.0.26.2). For some reasons, I am unable to download a pdf document from academic journal with the metadata. It says in French "Une erreur s'est produite lors de l'enregistrement de ce lien" (> a error occurred while registering the link).
I have sent an error report which has the following ID: 1297536935.
I have tried to understand on other discussions how to solve this issue, but I did not manage to solve it.
Can you please help me?
Thanks in advance,
Célia

First I click on 'downloading'. I have then various options among which I can choose 'save in Zotero' and I can also check the box 'retrieve pdf metadata'. Whether I check this box or not, after clicking ok, I have the following message:
"Une erreur s'est produite lors de l'enregistrement de ce lien" (> a error occurred while registering the link).
Do you need additional information? :s
Have a good day!
Basically the document I tried to download in Zotero is this one:
http://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S0278416513000457
But thanks to my organization, I have a free access to that document.
In any case, what Celia tries should certainly not produce an error.
Can you try updating to Zotero 4.0.26.4 (or .3 if you're not on Windows) and see if that helps?
