Sync Zotero to my School Library

I used to have Zotero sync to my School library, but after I switched to a new computer, I could not sync Zotero to my library.

I am using Zotero stand alone with chrome. The Zotero icon does not show on my school library, then I could not sync the documents.

oh, so the problem is for specific databases you use through your university? Is it all of them--e.g. have you checked JSTOR?-- or just the one you link to?

The issue is with all database in the library.
