Firefox freezes when DOI lookup fails

Hello. I'm new to Zotero ... still experimenting with the features and ran into a problem.

When I use the "add item by identifier" feature for a DOI lookup I receive a "lookup fails" message and am not able to escape the message by clicking the "OK" button or enter. Firefox quits responding and I must force quit.

I'm running Firefox 36.0, Mac OS 10.6.8 with Zotero for Firefox 4.0.25.1 and Zotero LibreOffice Integration 3.5.9

Here is one of the DOIs that has led to this issue:
10.1016/j.asw.2014.05.001

I'd very much appreciate any help.

Firefox 36 is a beta version. We only support the released versions of Firefox. Let us know if you can reproduce this with Firefox 35.

It is not working for me in Firefox 35, but firefox is not freezing, it is just taking his time and then come up with an error that the id cannot be found, also the metadata are in crossref:

version => 4.0.25.1, platform => Win32, oscpu => Windows NT 6.1; WOW64, locale => de-DE, appName => Firefox, appVersion => 35.0

Can you reproduce that?

Yes, looks like this was broken by the Firefox 35 compatibility fixes in Zotero 4.0.25. We'll put out a fix shortly.
