Upgrade StorageSynchronization Zotero library online
Dear Support-Team,
I have trouble synchronizing my library: A couple of days ago I started using Zotero on two different computers (using the firefox-add on). Apparently 20 % of the data that I have in my library on one computer won´t show in the library of the other computer and neither in my online Zotero-library.
The synchronization-symbol on the computer showing the complete library continues to run (for a day now), but neither the online library nor the library on the other computer seem to receive any data as the synchronization-symbol there does not run nor the number of files increases. It would be great if you could help me with this problem.
I also wonder if in general, it is possible to synchronize the other computer and online-library manually?

aurimasStart here for the computer that doesn't stop syncing.

dstillmanActually, for this, make sure you have the latest version of Zotero, 4.0.19. I'd guess that you have an older version in which intermittent file sync errors could cause it to stall like that.
