Upgrading from XP and need some advice for transferring Zotero Database
Hello,
I am the IT support for a department at a University and a client of mine wants to try and upgrade her computer from XP to windows 7. Currently she is using Zotero version 4.0.19. It looks like she is using a combination of a Cloudme service and the Zotero Sync Server to synch everything. I am new to how zotero works, but I could use some advice for taking Zotero off the computer, upgrading the computer and putting the Zotero database back on it on the updated Windows 7.
Thanks,

If you're going to go with B you probably want to keep a back-up copy of the zotero data directory (see under option A) until you've made sure everything, including attachments, transferred.
Sync should be able to accomplish the same, but you probably don't want to risk it (in case not everything has synced).
