Upgrade StorageStandalone won't sync
Hi-
I'm not very good with this sort of thing, and I don't know how best to describe the problem. I am using standalone with Chrome. I set up an account and wanted to sync my library to my account. I followed all of the steps (logging in on my standalone etc). However, I get a red error message next to the sync button. The error message also won't allow me to submit an error report (it says there is something wrong with my internet, even though there definitely isn't). The error message is this:
JavaScript Error: "repo.zotero.org:443 uses an invalid security certificate.
The certificate is not trusted because no issuer chain was provided.
(Error code: sec_error_unknown_issuer)
I found someone else who posted a similar problem, which was fixed by making an exception through the firewall. I tried that, and it didn't work. That thread was this: https://forums.zotero.org/discussion/25943/backup-for-dummies/
