Upgrade StorageWebDav error

I configured Zotero to sync files using WebDav from my University. Everything is working fine, but I often get this error message when trying to sync:
"File upload failed. Please check your file sync settings or contact your WebDAV server administrator.
HTTP 401"
I seems to appear randomly. Usually I just have to retry synching a few times and it works again, but I wonder what causes this error.

adamsmith401 is an unauthorized access error. For some reason your university's webDAV rejects your login info (intermittently, apparently). You'll need to talk to them.
