Upgrade Storage[citeproc-js] author disambiguation for styles without date

The problem are in text citations for authors with the same last name.
Should be:
(D. J. Muller; J. Z. Muller)
is
(Muller; Muller)
interestingly, this works correctly in subsequent citations, but not in the first one.
