Citation style request - Journal of Strength and Conditioning Research

I need a citation style as listed in Instruction for Authors:

http://edmgr.ovid.com/jscr/accounts/ifauth.htm

It appears that this citation style is fairly close to that required for "Medicine & Science in Sports & Exercise".

I suspect that it should be easy to amend this style, but I have little confidence that I can edit it correctly.
