Journal of Neurosurgery style troubleshooting

For the Journal of Neurosurgery style, when I input multiple citations, the dashes and commas between citations do not appear as superscript in Word 2013. The citation number do appear as superscript. The dashes and commas appear as normal sized text.

thanks. Should be fixed. Style will update on the repository within 30mins (check timestamp). Update by re-installing it, the style will also auto-update within 24hs.
IN an existing document you may need to switch to a different style and back for changes to take effect.
