Zotero Library lookup
Using Zotero Standalone 4.0.8
Flipped type to "Book section". Cut and pasted book Title into "Book Title". Pasted three editor names under authors name.
Now used the green arrow at the top of right hand panel. Choose library lookup. Zotero Lookup makes two mistakes.
(1) Zotero lookup uses the Title of the Book Section rather than the book for the lookup.
(2) Zotero lookup uses the author's name, which was first on the list, instead of editor for the lookup. The author was the top name. Zotero should looked down list and choose first editor.
I had a book section for which looking up the metadata for the pdf file got the wrong reference. The metadata retrieval also listed the pdf as a Journal article, instead of a book section. No problem...Problem 1

ore problems with library lookup...
(1) Create a new book entry.
(2) type this number into ISBN filed: "9780444529367"
(3) Do a lookup, which will fail.
(4) Note change ISBN filed to "ISBN 9780444529367"
(5) Do a lookup - which will work this time.
Should have: "Handbook of the history of logic. Vol. 10, Inductive logic"
In firefox clicked on book icon in web browser to import reference into Zotero.
Only one of the three author names was created.
@Aurimas - do you have any thoughts?

But they are exporting invalid RIS, so we should just tell them to fix it on their end. It's not like EndNote (or any other ref manager) would import this correctlyEdit: If they can't fix this very soon (like... today), we'll patch up our translator.
A1 - Gabbay, Dov M., Woods, John Hayden., Hartmann, Stephan,
and
A1 - Skocpol, Theda., Williamson, Vanessa.,
It's not very consistent (re last comma), so I'll have to take a look at more samples to see if this will work.
Let's see if they can be moved...
