Where to find CLS styles on Mac OSX

Hi,

I'm trying to find where the CLS citation styles are stored on my Mac (running OS X), so that I can edit them. I'm using the zotero plugin for Firefox.

Apparently they're meant to be here:
/Users/<username>/Library/Application Support/Firefox/Profiles/<randomstring>/zotero

...but I don't even have a Firexfox folder in "Application Support".

Where are the styles stored?

You can check the location of the data directory and open it from the Zotero preferences window.

Typically, though, there is no reason to edit the CSL files in your style folder and I'd recommend against that.
You can either download a copy of the style or work with the visual editor:
http://editor.citationstyles.org/visualEditor/
or the test pane:
http://www.zotero.org/support/dev/citation_styles/reference_test_pane

and install the edited file by dragging it to Firefox.

If there's no Firefox folder in Application Support you're likely looking in the wrong application support.

Thanks for the suggestions. Yup - I was looking in the wrong folder. New to Mac :)

For future reference, in case any one else finds this thread, the folder can be found through Zotero:
Preferences > Advanced > Show Data Directory
