Style Request: Harvard - Sheffield Hallam University

Here's an example:
In-line citation: (Williams and Sasaki 2003)
Biliography: WILLIAMS, Eric and SASAKI, Yukihiro (2003). Strategizing the end-of-life handling of personal computers: resell, upgrade, recycle. In: KUEHR, Ruediger and WILLIAMS, Eric (eds.) Computers and the environment: understanding and managing their impacts (book title in italics). London, Kluwer, 183-196.
It seems closest to Harvard - Cardiff University.
The differences are:
-if there are 3 authors, all are named in in-line citation
-et al. is only used if more than 3 authors
-when citing multiple items, commas are rather than semi-colons
-in the bibliography, authors' surnames are in capitals
-where possible the full first name is given
-the date is in brackets
-if there are more than 3 authors the reference list includes the first author then et al.
-there is no use of capitals in book, article or journal titles
-with book publishing details there is a comma after the place rather than a colon
-with journal references the volume number is in bold
-there is no pp. before the page number
-for electronic references the access date is given before the URL as follows: "Article from Biomed Central last accessed 26 June 2006 at: http://www.biomedcentral.com/"

  • I'm sorry, I don't write University specific styles any more (and afaik I'm the only person writing styles at the moment).
