Modify Technovation style with editor

Dear All,

how can I modify the Technovation-Style (based on Elsevier's Harvard Style (with titles)) in the following points:
- 2 authors: authorA & authorB instead of authorA and authorB
- order of references: alphabetical instead of by years (afferent)
- References from same author(s) and year: ...; authorA et al., 2009a; 2009b; instead of authorA, authorB, 2009; authorA, authorC, 2009;

I try it with this Editor: http://steveridout.com/csl/visualEditor/ but I have no idea how to modify the style.

It would be nice, if someone have the time to describe it in detail
for me.

    no, the editor is new and documentation still sparse.
    Are you saying the current Technovation style is wrong? Or are you trying to write a style for something else? If the former, we can fix that. If the latter - for what?

    The citat requirements of my University are similar to this style exept the 3 points ...
    Is it possible to change the style on a easy way? How?
