The "Install" link/option is missing

I'm trying to update to the latest MHRA citation style, but there is no "install" link that comes up next to the MHRA selection or any of the other citation styles for that matter. Therefore, I cannot update to the latest version of any of the available citation styles. Any suggestions?

    The "install" link has been removed. You just have to click on the name of the style to install it (if you're using Firefox, otherwise, see here.)
