How to sort the bibliographie with CSL

Hi!

I have modified a style, which was closest to my needs and I have finished it - almost...

Here is the sort area of the source-code:


<sort>
      <key macro="author"/>
      <key variable="title"/>
</sort>

This results in : ABC...Za...z order
I need: AaBbCc...Zz order

I am using Mendeley, which only uses English (UK IMHO) settings. Is this a problem Mendeley only, or has the sorting to be changed anyway??

Post your style online, e.g. at https://gist.github.com/, and we'll take a look. (you might be able to solve this by adding
demote-non-dropping-particle="never" to the style element; see http://citationstyles.org/downloads/specification.html#name-particles )

1) your style contains some errors, which might give problems. See http://validator.nu/?doc=http://pastebin.com/raw.php?i=7n265frv&schema=https://github.com/citation-style-language/schema/raw/v1.0.1/csl.rnc&parser=xml&laxtype=yes

2) since your style already has demote-non-dropping-particle="sort-only", did you change the value to "never", instead of adding the attribute a second time?

3) could you give a few examples of names or complete citations that don't show up in the desired order?

1) Now valid, but nothing has changed

2) I changed it...

3)I insertedt a imaginative bibliographie right underneath. "git" should be somewhere else....

This works for me when I try to reproduce this with Zotero Standalone 3.0.8. Titles, as well as authors in single-field mode, are sorted case insensitive. I suggest you try Mendeley support.
