modify IEEE bibliography style?

Hello,

I have the same problem with derek.eder Jul 23rd 2009

I need the following bibliography style - note that is is identical to the IEEE style except in the presentation of author names:

IEEE = K. Evensen

My_style = Evensen, K

(examples of "my_style" below)

I looked at the IEEE style csl but could not make much sense of it.

There is really no capacity to customize personal versions of styles.

I've used the "Visual Editor CSL" and modify from the "ACM SIG Proceedings style", thank you very much for your help
