Modified style submitted: Plant Journal

Hi there,

I have modified this style:

The changes I have made all relate to bibliography formatting:

1. Removal of issue number after the volume number;
2. Making volume number bold;
3. Use short form of journal names;
4. Remove "," suffix after the last author.

Hope this is useful. Ideally it would replace the current version that does not meet the publisher's standards.
