Upgrade StorageStyle error: american journal of respiratory and critical care medicine
I'm looking for a fix for a pretty simple error in the AJRCCM style:
When I cite an article, only the first authors are nammed, but the instruction of the journal is "All authors' names (do not use "et al.")"
Correct: Rosenthal IM, Williams K, Tyagi S, Vernon AA, Peloquin CA, Bishai WR, Grosset JH, Nuerberger EL. Weekly moxifloxacin and rifapentine is more active than the denver regimen in murine tuberculosis. Am. J. Respir. Crit. Care Med. 2005 déc 1;172(11):1457-62.
Current AJRCCM Style: Rosenthal IM, Williams K, Tyagi S, Vernon AA, Peloquin CA, Bishai WR, et al. Weekly moxifloxacin and rifapentine is more active than the denver regimen in murine tuberculosis. Am. J. Respir. Crit. Care Med. 2005 déc 1;172(11):1457-62.
