Error: 725761736
I reported the error that occurred when syncing, thinking that I was actually helping. But then I saw this message below:
"Reports are not reviewed unless they are posted in the forum."
I guess I'm not helping until I post a forum about it. But what good does that do for me to report errors when I also have to go onto the forum and post the error number there before someone will even look at the error? That's really too much. Once I've reported it, it's been reported. So, look at it or not. It's feedback for you. I've got research to do and a thesis to complete. Please re-examine this policy of reporting AND posting before you'll even "review" error reporting. Thanx.

This is an old discussion that has not been active in a long time. Instead of commenting here, you should start a new discussion. If you think the content of this discussion is still relevant, you can link to it from your new discussion.
If you do want help, you need to post here. We often can't troubleshoot a problem without further dialogue with the person reporting it, and quite frequently the error report doesn't even show any Zotero-related errors.
Also, Zotero has three paid programmers, there is no way they can review everything everytime someone clicks on a button.
The automatic error report feature is very helpful to facilitate the process of reporting errors on the forum, but that's all it is - unfortunately there is no magic wand to improve software by pressing a button.
If you don't have time to properly report an error and follow up that's fine, just don't do it, no one will blame you.
