Converting an annotation between highlight and underline breaks relations and links to it

Convert to Underline and Convert to Highlight replace the annotation with a new one, instead of changing the existing one. Anything that pointed to the original is lost: its related items, links such as zotero://open/library/items/ATTACHMENT_KEY?annotation=ANNOTATION_KEY, and its Date Added. Undo creates yet another new annotation, so it does not restore them.
