PDF text annotations bug

I have noticed buggy rendering and exporting of text annotations in pdf.
Inside zotero pdf reader character descenders (g, p, y, etc) are cut off
Same issue persists when I export the pdf with annotations.

It shows that descenders are cut and the text position also moves from the original.

And there's same issue inside Zotero's pdf reader itself, but I noticed that in this case the annotation rendering changes depending on the zoom level. In most cases If I zoom in the text rendering inside the reader is fine, but descenders are cut again when I zoom out.
