Not syncing

I have put together a new shared subfolder and my collaborators cannot see any of the new subfolder content, although they can see new subfolders have been created. I have tried clearing my trash and should have enough storage but none of these changes are reflected in my zotero web version where the trash is still full. I have done the replace online library and tried resetting but this has not fixed the issue either
