Upgrade StorageReader sidebar scrollbar shrinks back while being dragged (Windows 11)
On Windows 11, the scrollbar of the reader's annotation sidebar shrinks back to its thin form during a drag, as soon as the pointer moves off it.
Steps:
1. Open a PDF with enough annotations for the sidebar list to scroll.
2. Drag the list's scrollbar.
3. Without releasing the button, move the pointer off the scrollbar, either way: left into the list or right into the PDF.
The scrollbar turns thin while the drag continues. The PDF's own scrollbar stays wide until the button is released, and so do Firefox's scrollbars.
