Recover lost files

I'm a PhD student, and I originally had my Zotero files linked to my undergraduate email. I was trying to join a Zotero group today and when joining it, I ended up using my PhD email, which logged me out of my undergraduate account. Now I can't find any of my undergraduate files, not even in my computer folders. How do I recover them? The undergraduate email no longer exists, but I assume that you have the files saved up to 300 MB on your server. I am very stressed. Many thanks.

    You should try to log into the previous account you used. If you don't remember the password, or you're not sure you had an account, email support@zotero.org with details.
