How to "show" citations after "hiding them"

I am using Betternote. In a couple of notes I have accidentally selected "hide citations" instead of "edit" when I meant to click Edit. Now I can't seem to reverse that.

Is there a menu item or other control I'm overlooking? I can only see "unlink" and "gotopage" as options.
