Upgrade StorageStyle Error: Mohr Siebeck - Recht

Leider gibt es noch immer einen Fehler im Zitierstil Mohr Siebeck, der bereits vor Jahren in diesem Forum diskutiert, aber leider nicht behoben wurde.
Wann immer es für eine Quelle tatsächlich keinen Autor gibt (z.B. ein älterer Zeitungsartikel, Archivmaterial) und dieses Feld in Zotero leer gelassen wird, erscheint in der Fußnote zu Beginn ein überflüssiges Leerzeichen mit Komma. Auch die Funktion "Autor auslassen" verschafft keine Abhilfe. Dies erfolgt insbesondere in den Kategorien "Dokument" und "Gerichtsurteil".
Beispiele:

Darüber hinaus erscheint bei Zeitungsartikeln, ein zusätzliches Leerzeichen und Komma, das keinem Feld in der Bibliothek zugeordnet werden kann:

Jedenfalls sollten Kommata zu Beginn einer Fußnote nicht vom Verlag gewünscht sein.

Unfortunately, there is still a bug in the Mohr Siebeck citation style that was already discussed in this forum years ago but has never been fixed.
Whenever a source genuinely has no author (e.g., an older newspaper article, archival material) and this field is left empty in Zotero, a superfluous space with a comma appears at the beginning of the footnote. The "Suppress author" function doesn't help either. This occurs in particular in the "Document" and "Case" categories.
Examples:
, BVerfG, Urteil vom 15. Dezember 1983 – 1 BvR 209/83 –, BVerfGE 65, 1-71, S. 42.
, Entwurf eines Gesetzes zum Schutz vor unbefugter Verwendung personenbezogener Daten (Datenschutzgesetz), 2.12.1971, BT-Drs. VI/2885.

In addition, for newspaper articles, an extra space and comma appear that cannot be traced to any field in the library:
