Upgrade StorageEndnote referencing style not working
Hi, I have written a document that is now in review. However, the endnotes have stopped working. When I try to add an endnote, I get the following error:

I have done everything in the troubleshooting instructions, including copying to a new document and deleting sections one by one, to try to isolate the issue. Even with a completely blank document, I still get this error.
I only get it for the footnote/endnote referencing styles - the in-text citations still work in all docs. However, I cannot use them due to the submission requirements of the document.
