Can't log in to Zotero 7

I'm using version 7, and I keep getting 'invalid password or username' when trying to sync. Is it no longer possible to sync with version 7, and do I have to download the latest version?

For security reasons, older versions are no longer able to log in for syncing, except immediately after a successful password reset.
