Zotero not syncing? (Debug ID: D1793220883)

I am a member of a group library where the owner has downloaded files and added them to the group. Other people in the group can open the files in Zotero, but it doesn't work for me, instead saying that the file cannot be found at the path. For others, it will just take me to the webpage where I can access the paper myself. I've already tried resetting my library syncing, but that doesn't seem to change anything. Any advice is much appreciated!
