Local changes are not syncing to zotero.org, no visible sync error, Debug ID D196023591
I am using Zotero Desktop on macOS, Chinese interface.
Problem:
My Zotero Desktop and zotero.org web library are logged into the same account. Zotero Desktop contains my current local library and collections, but the web library still only shows an old collection. New collections created locally do not appear online.
Steps tested:
1. Confirmed that Zotero Desktop Sync username and zotero.org username are the same.
2. Created a new collection in My Library named test_debug_sync_20260623.
3. Clicked the circular Sync with zotero.org button.
4. The sync icon spun and then stopped.
5. No red sync error icon appeared.
6. The collection test_debug_sync_20260623 still does not appear in the zotero.org web library.
7. Database integrity check reports no problems.
8. Third-party plugins were disabled / tested in troubleshooting mode.
9. Debug ID for the sync after creating the test collection: D196023591.
Question:
Why are local data changes not being uploaded to zotero.org, and what should I do next? Should I use any Sync Reset option, or is there another issue shown in the Debug ID?
