OpenDyslexia plugin? (improved focus)

Hi there. I'm pretty new to using Zotero so may have missed something. But I've recently discovered that the OpenDyslexia font allows me to focus way better when reading (currently in the process of getting diagnosed with ADHD). Is there any way to change the reading fonts in PDFs in Zotero? I have been converting them to word docs, then changing font and reading there but this is super time consuming and takes away the ease of having a citation manager like Zotero!
