Refresh of Zotero bibliography doesn't work in Word

The Zotero bibliography doesn't update in Word after I click “Refresh”. I can add new sources, but they don't appear in the bibliography.

You may have accidentally flattened the bibliography somehow. Delete it completely and then use Add/Edit Bibliography to reinsert it.
