Upgrade StorageFR: add comments to text annotations
At first sight it may seem redundant since text annotations are already comments, but often I want to visibly remark on some important aspect of the current page or section, while keeping the details hidden in a more verbose comment. Is this a design decision or a limitation of the PDF format (so making export impossible)? All other annotations are commentable.
