Is it possible for a citation to contain a hyperlink ?

Some of my documents have URLs mentioned ; I'd like to include these URLs as hyperlink to some of the text in my citation.
For example, for the case : CJUE, 6 avr. 1995, « Magill », (no C-241/91 et C-242/91)

I'd like "C-241/91 et C-242/91" to point to the URL of the document.

I DON'T want my citation to have the entire link as plain text.
  • No, neither CSL nor Zotero offers hyperlinking as an option.
My view (from the CSL perspective) is that this would be something for Zotero (and other reference managers) to add as a feature (like a "hyperlink titles with URLs" checkbox or something along those lines) so that hyperlinking wouldn't require folks to code separate citation styles, but I don't think devs have ever even commented on whether they'd consider that.
  • There is a Word Plugin that let's you hyperlink actual URLs.
What you're describing though seems like a random piece of text in a given citation. That's certainly not possible like adamsmith explains.
