Select folders to synchronize

If possible, how can I select which folders I want to sync?
I don't want to sync PDFs from my entire library, only those in specific folders.

    Zotero collections are like playlists in a music player, not folders on disk. A single item can exist in multiple collections or none at all ("unfiled"), so there's no way to choose to sync only certain collections. You can select certain libraries to sync in Zotero settings, though.

    No, that's not possible. The point of syncing is to make the entire library available on all devices. There are options to not download all files to some devices, but anything in the library gets uploaded unless you actually disable file syncing.

    (Items can also exist in multiple collections, so this would be incredibly confusing and complicated.)
