After the update, I can't cite using Safari even the "Z" icon is showing blue color, I even try to reinstall the app but the problem is still there, please help
I tried every steps in the link but still can't cite using the "Save button". The "Save button" is not missing, bugging, or flickering, it is still there but when I click it, nothing happens in my Zotero app. Normally, when I click it, my library would show the paper details, but not anymore since the update. Please advise on what to do next, much appriciated.
After reading the thread "After automatic update, clicking Zotero in Safari has no response." I restarted my laptop and it works! Thanks a lot Hope this method will help other researchers
