Issues with Ethereal Style compatibility

I tried to install Ethereal Style today, but there seemed to be a compatibility issue. The message said that it was incompatible with my version. My Zotero version is 9.0.3, and I wonder what I can do about it.

    The Ethereal Style developer needs to upgrade their plugin to work on Zotero 9 (they might as well support Zotero 10 beta while they're at it). There's a good chance it's just a simple fix, you can open an issue on their Github page and hopefully they will take care of it.

    The latest version of Ethereal Style is 6.0.6, which is compatible with Zotero version 9.0.3.

    A few of my installed plugins, including Ethereal Style, seem to update to more recent versions even though the lastest version on Github is older. I have automatic plugin updates set to ON.

    The problem in this case is that you are already on Zotero 9, so Zotero will likely flag that you cannot install the latest downloadable plugin version available on Github (5.7.9), as that is not v9-compatible.

    Post an issue on Github asking why the downloadable version there has not been updated.

    Edit: It appears that version 6.0.6 of Ethereal Style can be downloaded from the community-run Zotero plugin marketplace.
