Book chapter cannot be saved by Google Chrome Extension (Report ID: 220692109)

Hello,

I'm unable to use my chrome extension to save a book chapter from ProQuest Ebookcentral. It keeps showing 'An error occurred saving with ProQuest Ebook Central. Attempting to save using Save as Webpage instead.' (Please see the image attached below)

Could you provide a Connector Debug ID (different from a Report ID) for the save?
