Cannot open the pdf

After I finished editing the PDF, I closed Zotero. When I reopened it, it automatically updated. However, all my PDF files couldn't be opened anymore. Even the newly downloaded PDFs that I imported couldn't be opened either. But the annotations were still displayed. Then I deleted the software and re-downloaded it, but the same problem persisted.
