Upgrade StorageDebug ; issues opening synced files on second device

I have all my files synched via webDAV, all info matches with comptuer zotero and ipad zotero, but still cant open any files on the ipad. When I go to my online storage of koofr, i can find the files however, so that seems to be synched. BUt the ipad just can't load the attachements..

dstillmanYou're getting 429 Too Many Requests errors from Koofr.

dstillman(The iOS app should probably handle those a bit differently, but it's pretty unusual to get those for manual requests.)
