How to Retrieve Deleted Files

I accidentally deleted an important file and emptied the recycle bin. Unfortunately, the cloud was also updated. How can I get the file back? I am in a hurry to solve it.

If you just did this, you may be able to recover it from the last automatic backup.

You tried both automatic backups? That would go back a couple days. Also note the part about temporarily disabling auto-sync so the deletion isn't just applied again.

I use infini-cloud in my cloud and it updates in real time. I can't find the two methods you mentioned. If you can, can you explain the two methods in detail? There is no problem with the ones before 10 days.

I'm not sure what you mean by that. This is about the automatic backups Zotero makes in your data directory, which should not be in a cloud storage folder. I linked to precise instructions for restoring from the automatic backups.

Thank you very much for your help. I looked for the local backup and it was overwritten by the cloud backup (automatic synchronization). Can I get a backup of this file? I found a ".bak" file, can I restore this? If so, how can I do it?
